Please note the following:
• Membership pauses are subject to approval and will take effect on the requested pause date once confirmed by our team. No membership charges will be processed during the approved pause period.
• Pausing your membership does not waive, shorten, or satisfy the required 30-day notice period for cancellation. If you submit a cancellation request while your membership is on hold, the 30-day notice period will begin once your membership is reactivated, and any applicable membership fees during that notice period will remain due in accordance with your membership agreement.
• Cancellation requests require a 30-day advance notice. Membership benefits will remain active during the notice period, and any applicable membership charges during this time will continue as outlined in your membership agreement.
